Exhibitor Setup Info

  • Setup Date/Time Options: You may set up your booth in Hall D (rooms D4-7) on Monday, November 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Alternatively, setup on November 19 is permitted starting at 6:15 a.m. at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center, 2350 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, MS 39531.

  • Breakdown: Move-out will occur on the last day of the event, Wednesday, November 20, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Booth Space: Each exhibitor will have an 8x10 booth space with an 8-ft table, fitted tablecloth, and two chairs. Electrical access, for which there is an additional fee, should have been arranged earlier.

Venue Policies and Access

  • Loading/Unloading: Move-in and move-out must be completed through the South Loading Dock (closest to Halls A-D) or the North Loading Dock behind the Exhibit Hall. Additional access points are available on the West Side of Hall D and East Side of Hall A.

    • Please Note: Absolutely no rolling carts are allowed across lobby floors. Any lobby floor damage during move-in/out may incur repair costs, starting at $1,000. This policy is strictly enforced.

    • Once unloading is complete, vehicles must move to designated parking in Lot 4 or Lot 7.

  • Parking and Entry on November 20: Due to another event using metal detectors in the West Lobby, we advise entering through Gate 3 off Beauvoir Road and parking in Lot 7. Use the East Lobby entrance to avoid metal detectors. There are no fees to park.

  • Food and Beverage Policy: Please note that no outside food or beverages are allowed inside the facility. We will have all refreshments and meals catered for our attendees.

  • Security: Doors to Hall D will be secured each evening by convention center staff, ensuring any booth materials or equipment left overnight remain safe.

  • Additional Policies
    • Utility boxes can only be opened and operated by convention center staff.
    • On-site sales are not permitted.
