Bays and Bayous will be held at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center (behind the Coliseum) at 2350 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39531. Get directions. Registration/breakfast is 7-8 a.m. Tuesday and 7:30-8 a.m. Wednesday.

What to Bring

• A name tag. We are not printing badges. If you do not have a name tag, materials to make your own will be available.
• A water bottle to cut down on the unavoidable use of plastic at the venue.
• A jacket, sweater or sweatshirt.

Parking

• Day 1: It is recommended that you park in Lot 4 (to the left of the arena, use main entrance on Beach Boulevard) or Lot 7 (behind the convention center – use Beauvoir Road to enter at Gate 3).
• Day 2: Use Lot 7 (behind the convention center – use Beauvoir Road to enter at Gate 3) if there is space available to avoid metal detectors/security at the entrance near Lot 4.

CFM Continuing Education Credits

Attendees will be eligible for 5 CFM continuing education credits. A certificate of attendance will be available.

Beach Cleanup Service Opportunity

Sign up for the Bays and Bayous Beach Cleanup that will take place 3:15-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20.

Cash Bar – Poster Reception

There will be a "cash bar" at the poster session. Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. The venue accepts only credit cards (no cash). Complementary non-alcoholic drinks will be available.

Event website and app info

The event schedule is available in the Dryfta event app and on this website. The website allows you to save individual presentations and sessions (blocks of talks) to your schedule in your account. The app only allows you to save sessions.

To save individual talks to your account using the website

• Log into your account.
• Under the "Schedule" menu, select "Interactive schedule."
• Click the name of the session you want to view (or click the "View Session" button).
• Next to the presentation title, click "Add to schedule."
• To remove a presentation from your schedule, click "Added to schedule."

To save sessions (blocks of talks) using the website

• Log into your account.
• Under the "Schedule" menu, select "Interactive schedule."
• Next to the presentation title, click "Add to schedule."
• To remove a presentation from your schedule, click "Added to schedule."

Download the event app (Dryfta)

• Go to your app store.
• Search for "Dryfta."
• Download the app.
• In the app, search for "bbs24" and select "2024 Bays and Bayous Symposium."

To use the schedule features in the Dryfta app

• In the app, search for "bbs24," and select "2024 Bays and Bayous Symposium."
• To see the schedule, go to the bottom and click the "Program Schedule" icon.
• To save a session (block of talks) to your schedule, click the calendar icon to the right of the session/track title. The plus sign in the calendar icon will change to a checkmark when the session is saved.
• To remove a session, click the calendar icon.
• To see your saved sessions, click "My Schedule" at the top of the app.
